​Dr. Nashunda Carr developed J-FIVE to address specific needs, challenges, or opportunities in areas such as personal development, goal setting, coaching, and education. With a PsyD in Clinical Psychology, Dr. Carr is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a diverse background. She is the owner and CEO of Positive Innovations, a behavioral health practice, and holds the titles of NCC, ACS, MAC, and SAP. Her expertise encompasses addictions treatment, mental health, crisis management, and athletic performance. She has provided services to military personnel and athletes, showcasing her commitment to her field through affiliations with professional organizations.

Charrissa Corbin stands out as an accomplished education professional boasting over 15 years of invaluable experience. She holds of a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Her dedication to excellence, coupled with her fervent commitment to education, positions her as a valuable asset to the academic realm. Fueled by her unwavering passion, she continues to blaze a trail, tirelessly inspiring and uplifting the forthcoming generation. Charrissa is the primary contributor to the J-FIVE Post-Secondary workbook and Co-Author to its Coach's Guide.

​Sequoyah Warthen, hailing from Georgia, graduated from The University of Texas at El Paso with a dual major in Psychology and Sociology. She earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Fort Valley State University, obtaining the title of Associate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC/ New Mexico). As a devoted mental health counselor at Positive Innovations, Ms. Warthen's profound interest in comprehending the human psyche and fostering positive transformation shines through. She is an active member of esteemed organizations including the American Counseling Association, Chi Sigma Iota Honor Society, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
